Some Online Services Won't Be Available May 31-June 3

Some online services will be unavailable this weekend, including the course registration system and other Banner functions, because of planned system upgrades.

  • The work will begin at 7 a.m. on Saturday, May 31, and should be finished by 7 a.m. on Tuesday, June 3.
  • Administrative systems including Finance, HR and Financial Aid will not be available during this period.
  • MyPortal, Canvas and Office 365 will not be affected and will remain available.

Make Sure You're Receiving Emergency Notifications

The Foothill-De Anza district police department maintains an emergency alert system that can send voice, email and text messages to students and employees in case of emergency situations.

You can add or update your contact information by following these steps:

  • Log in to myportal.fhda.edu 
  • Look in the left-column menu and click on My Profile 
  • Look under Personal Information and click on Setup Campus Crisis Contact Info
  • Add or update your primary and alternate mobile phone numbers
