    Business item #1: Student Questions and Concerns

    • Kavi: VTA strike affecting low-income students. Students should be provided with online accommodations; pause assessments for students. Physics professors joke with students that international students should go back to their home countries. Students can file an Informal Grievance Form.
    • Yansy: Foothill gives out Uber vouchers.
    • Ella: students can coordinate to carpool.
    • Katia: draft a public comment for Senate

    Business item #2: Program Liaison Bylaw Presentation

    • Sections about appointment deadline
    • Add table for scholarship allocation breakdown
    • DASG code of conduct exemption: should be further worked on within the Bylaws

    • Katia: rule out additional project. Focus energy on essential projects that were brainstormed.
    • Projects: Onboarding PL, SRE code, Cultural Event, Resource Fair, comms w/ programs, VTA/Hopper, DASG Scholarships, campus safety (door locks)

      Campaign: $100. Proposed equity-based funding model. Some candidates used more than funds proposed.
