    Ridhi- Homecoming promote in committee to be involved and volunteer. Rally, spirit week, football game and dance. Info and dates will be sent very soon, and also a flyer.

    Georgy- De Anza Veteran Student Coffee Drive Oct 26-Nov 23 Veterans Resource Center.

    • Georgy motions to approve minutes of October 14th, 2026, Arin seconds, no objection, motion passed.

    Advisor Announcements

    • Maritza- Finance Budget Request is open and it is important to get to it by Nov 2nd.
      encouraged all committees to discuss next year's budget plans in upcoming Senate meetings

    • Arin- Finance Budget request form open now closes Nov 2nd. Operational.

    • Kayla-Special allocation $70,000, -$20,000 was for the conference. Discussion on was it worth it? The rest was used for Welcome week (best attended in De Anza’s recent history) and Diwali event.
