- Maritza: At 2pm - 6pm Student Success Center is holding a study jam and/or tutors
to complete final assignments etc.
- Disability Justice Program ongoing, hopefully will have more events. Disability Justice and Allyship on Monday, from 1:30pm-3pm. Learn how to make your clubs more accessible and welcoming.
- 3D Printing: Please join the club Discord Server https://discord.gg/cDbrD6b3jX our next full meeting is this Fri. March 15th 7-9pm in E35 with industry guest speaker Paul a retired aerospace engineer will be presenting his talk on Rocket design achieving Mach 2 with 3D Printed parts.

- Maritza: Was out sick for a couple weeks as well as out of town; working on catching
up on emails. Be sure to also email the ICC Chair and the ICC Secretary email for
questions and/or inquiries.
- Best practice to have time in advance to promote your event; we can helps market your events but please do so in advance.

- Opportunity to apply for the ICC Chair Positions for the next academic year. Scholarship is available, connect with DASG and all ICC Clubs. - Having an updated Financial Roster.
- Hold at least 2 meetings for the quarter.

Spring Expectations and Reminders
- Slowly making our way before COVID; Not fully in person yet but regarding the ICC Codes we have been very lenient so far.
- Starting in Spring, we will be updating statuses based on whether or not clubs have
submitted a copy of their meeting schedule by the 3rd week of the quarter. Failure
to do so will result in your club status moving to probation. See ICC Codes.
- Minimum of 2 meetings per quarter

If you booked a space in person, that would be sufficient. If you are meeting online, we still need your meeting proofs.
