After Your Arrival in the U.S.

  • Log in to your admission portal and submit any document marked by a red X or "Form Required" – such as:
      • A copy of your F-1 visa page: This is inside your passport. It is not your I-20 form.
      • A copy of your I-94 record: Download this by visiting the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol's I-94 website and click on the tab labeled "Get Most Recent I-94." When it asks for your "documents number," enter your passport number.
      • A copy of your De Anza I-20 for with your signature
      • U.S. address update form
      • De Anza international student contract
      • De Anza emergency contact information
  • Report in person to the Mandatory Orientation/Check-in event.

IMPORTANT: Failing to submit the items above, soon after your arrival in the U.S., will result in the cancellation or termination of your form I-20.
