Student Accounts

De Anza Student Accounts administers funds for College Life, DASG, ICC, clubs, and DASG-funded campus programs. The office manages financial accounts, processes transactions, and helps ensure that student funds are used in accordance with college and district policies.

Student Accounts supports organizations through services such as account management, purchase requisitions, reimbursements, vendor payments, and the processing of financial forms and agreements.

Student Accounts is located inside the Office of College Life on the lower level of the Hinson Campus Center.

Services We Provide

The Student Accounts Office supports student organizations and programs by providing a variety of financial and administrative services, including:

Managing DASG, ICC, club, and student program accounts.
Creating and maintaining accounts for organizations that receive approved funding.
Processing cash receipts and deposits for DASG revenue and club accounts.
Disbursing funds for approved DASG budgets and club accounts.
Assisting with reimbursements and vendor payments.
Providing cash boxes and roll tickets for student events and campus activities.
Processing purchase requisitions for approved purchases and capital expenditures.*
Reviewing and processing agreements, pre-authorizations, and Limited Engagement Agreement (LEA) payment requests for contractors and service providers.*
Processing hiring paperwork and related employment documents.*
Providing guidance on financial procedures, forms, and documentation requirements.
Selling Discounted AMC movie tickets tickets and passes to currently enrolled students with a DASG card.
