Be sure to give yourself at least seven hours of sleep, counting backwards from your wake-up time, and an hour to relax before going to bed. (That's a total of eight hours per day.)
Also, if you have a job, you'll need to add in the hours you are working and any travel time (TT) to and from your job. The example below includes a part-time job that takes 16 hours each week, plus travel time.
